If you’re the team manager, you can pick up your team members’ bibs and timing tags from our Bib Collection venue if you have selected to do so when you created your team online.
Please bring a copy of your Team List with you and let your team members know that you are collecting bibs on their behalf.
All of your team members must sign up BEFORE 5.00PM on Friday 27 February if their bibs are to be included in the team pack that you are picking up. Otherwise, they will need to pick up their own bib from Bib Collection.
There will be several temporary road closures and parking restrictions during the event. To avoid any delays, we highly recommend that you plan your travel and allow for extra time.
Thanks to our mates at Auckland Transport, you can take advantage of free travel on scheduled bus and train services to and from the event. Simply show your race bib when you board!
Conditions apply. Offer excludes ferry services and Howick & Eastern buses. Applies for travel on Sunday 2 March 2025 from start of timetabled services until 5:00pm.
Pre-race: There will be a gear drop off truck at the start line located on the corner of Quay Street and Tangihua Street. This will open from 7.30am - 9:15am on the day of the event. If you are catching a free event shuttle from St Heliers to the start line, you can also drop your bag at Vellenoweth Green before you board the bus.
Post race: There will be a gear pick up point at the finish line on The Parade side of Vellenoweth Green in St Heliers.
Please use your own drawstring bag for your gear (change of clothes, lightweight jacket, post race snacks etc). Please do not leave valuables in your bag. The drawstring bag should be no larger than a shoe bag – no backpacks or handbags please. Please tear off the gear drop tag from your bib and attach it to your bag. It has the same number as your bib number.
