Each participant (Participant) who purchases Corporate Catering via Round the Bays agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledges that these terms and conditions may be subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Stuff Limited (Stuff) and our catering partner without notice to the purchaser.
By entering, participating and/or competing in the Round the Bays event (the “Event”), I (“Participant” or “I”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated by Stuff Limited (“Stuff”) from time to time without notice.
