Volunteers

🙌 Keen to get involved but not keen to run? We’ve got you.
‍
Our events wouldn’t be possible without the awesome energy of our volunteers - and we’d love to have you on the team!

No experience? No worries. If you’ve got a smile and a can-do attitude, you're in. Whether you're helping with bib collection, installing signage, refilling water stations, cheering at the finish line, or guiding participants on course, you'll be supported by a team leader and given a full briefing so you feel confident and ready to go.

Got skills like first aid, retail, traffic management or social media? Let us know - we’ll do our best to match you to a role where you can shine.

You can sign up as an individual or rally your whānau, workplace, or community group and volunteer together.

It’s a fun, feel-good day out - and you’ll be part of something pretty special.

Community groups
If your community group, sports club or charity is looking for fundraising opportunities, please get in touch at roundthebays@stuff.co.nz.

Please be aware that due to health and safety, all volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.
